Thanks for shopping with The Made Goods! Here is everything you need to know about how your order gets to you.

Order Processing Time

Every order is prepared, checked and packed within 5–7 business days after your payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Shipping Time & Rates

Once packed, your order is handed to our shipping carrier.

Standard Shipping: delivery usually takes 10–22 business days.
Shipping Costs: standard shipping is a flat $5.99 per order, and free on orders of $70 or more. The final shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times are estimates. Extreme weather or the holiday rush can occasionally cause delays. Thank you for your patience.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. Please allow 2–3 days for the carrier to show the first tracking update.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at support@themadegoods.com and we will do our best to fix it before your order ships. Once the parcel is on its way, the address can no longer be changed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Made Goods is not responsible for parcels the carrier confirms as delivered to the address entered at checkout. We are happy to share the delivery date, tracking details and carrier information so you can follow up. For parcels lost in transit, please see our Refund Policy.
