How soon will my order ship?
Most orders are prepared, packed and handed to the carrier within 5–7 business days after payment is confirmed.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery usually takes 10–22 business days, depending on where you live. These are estimates; extreme weather can add time. Standard shipping is a flat $5.99, and free on orders of $70 or more.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes. As soon as your order ships we email you a tracking number and link. You can also check it any time on our Track Order page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing it. Email support@themadegoods.com with your order number. After that your order may already be in processing. See Cancellation & Modification.
Do you accept returns if I change my mind?
We are not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, so please check the product details before ordering. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
You are covered by our 30-day guarantee. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo, and we will send a free replacement or give you a full refund.
