This page covers payments, pricing and billing when you shop at The Made Goods.

1. Payment Methods

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout and in the payment icons at the bottom of our website. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout, which meets PCI-DSS security standards.

2. Currency & Pricing

  • Currency: all prices are in US Dollars (USD $).
  • No surprises: your full total is shown at checkout before you confirm, including:
    • The product price (minus any discount code)
    • Shipping, calculated under our Shipping Policy
    • Sales tax, added automatically where the law requires

3. When You Are Charged

  • Your payment method is charged when you complete checkout.
  • Right after payment, you receive an order confirmation email with your receipt: items, shipping, taxes and order number.

4. Payment Security

  • We never store your full card number or security code (CVV/CVC).
  • Information sent between your browser and our checkout is protected by SSL encryption.

If you notice an unexpected charge or have a question about a payment, please contact us first and we will sort it out quickly and fairly.
